Wogrammer is growing! We are looking to hire our first Program and Operations Manager to support our Journalism Fellowship and other strategic initiatives.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Lead our editorial process including managing our Journalism Fellows to ensure we are producing and publishing high quality stories each week

  • Analyze and improve organizational processes to improve quality, productivity and efficiency of team and programs

  • Work closely with our Social Media Manager to grow and engage with our global audience in a meaningful way

  • Support planning and execution of our workshops (typically with top tech/VC firms in the US)

  • Provide input on fundraising, budgeting and planning to ensure we have the resources to effectively deliver on our mission

  • Support Executive Director and our Board of Directors to set short and long-term goals, including reviewing KPIs (key performance indicators)

  • This role reports to the Executive Director

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about empowering women and creating a more representative tech industry

  • 5-7 years project management experience, adept at GDrive, Trello, Mailchimp and related tools

  • Extremely strong writing and editorial skills

  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership roles

  • Excellent communication skills
