Wogrammer is growing! We are looking to hire our first Program and Operations Manager to support our Journalism Fellowship and other strategic initiatives.
Key aspects of this role include:
Lead our editorial process including managing our Journalism Fellows to ensure we are producing and publishing high quality stories each week
Analyze and improve organizational processes to improve quality, productivity and efficiency of team and programs
Work closely with our Social Media Manager to grow and engage with our global audience in a meaningful way
Support planning and execution of our workshops (typically with top tech/VC firms in the US)
Provide input on fundraising, budgeting and planning to ensure we have the resources to effectively deliver on our mission
Support Executive Director and our Board of Directors to set short and long-term goals, including reviewing KPIs (key performance indicators)
This role reports to the Executive Director
Passionate about empowering women and creating a more representative tech industry
5-7 years project management experience, adept at GDrive, Trello, Mailchimp and related tools
Extremely strong writing and editorial skills
Experience in management, operations, and leadership roles
Excellent communication skills
